You can find your original submittion to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND), a public document, as well as your comments from the scoping section at the DP community Community Center, this link to Vol. II . These are large files that will take time to load if your computer is older or have limited memory. Then you need to scroll down lots to page 18 for a list of submittals and continue on to find your own. The LSA report was made in 3 Volumes. Vol. I has the Executive Summary and table of contents for the entire project. Vol. III has ref. data for the project .

This document was just forwarded to us. It gives a timeline and budget costs of what has be going on behind the scenes with LSA, South Shores Church, and the City of Dana Point. It appears LSA is frustrated with design changes and new requirements put forth by the CDP.

Public Comment Nov. 4th, 2013 - Requesting DOCC to do a "REDO" of City's Notice of Preparation to the State Clearing House

The City of Dana Point seems to have major concerns about expansion as we do when it is across the street from City Hall. Dana Point High School is hoping to create a new theatre facility that is too large for the existing building site. Here are our concerns being stated by Kyle Butterwick as strong reasons not to build.

There is a major water violation! This has several state agencies working on an evaluating - Mike Hazzard and Roger Von Bütow have been researching and taking photos - this violation was called to the attention of the city in the earlier complaint sent to the city. (see next paragraph)

See Roger's Complaint CSS (ESHA), Gnatcatcher, Water Quality Feb 22, 2010. This complaint is bringing new attention to our area - wastewater issues are still not addressed allowing breeding mosquitoes and possibility of West Nile Virus.

It has been suggested that you have the document date stamped and request a receipt of your complaint document from LSA, the company that doing the DEIR, for verification they actually received your document from the city.
